    1. MFY, MFYT and MFYX series gear reducers with centerdrive configuration are new type of gearboxes with feature of low speed, heavyduty, which possess independence intellectual property rights and which aredesigned and developed on basic of rich experience of foreign productionactuality and advanced technology from abroad. They are mainly used for thecentral driving mill.

    The configuration of MFY series reducers are doubledistributaries, two-stage and center drive. The reduction ratio is 20-80. Themax transmission power is 6000KW. Normally, the motor whose rotation speed is740r/min is adopted.

    The configuration of MFYT series reducers are doubledistributaries, three-stage and center drive. The bigger reduction ratio can begained during transmitting large torque. The reduction ratio is 20-110. The maxtransmission power is 8000KW. Normally, the motor whose rotation speed is990r/min is adopted.

    The configuration of MFYX series reducers are centerdrive and three-stage, in which the construction of the first stage isplanetary gear transmission and in which the second and third stages are thesame as that of MFY series reducers. The reduction ratio is 20-220. The maxtransmission power is 8000KW. Normally, the motor whose rotation speed is1480r/min is adopted.

    The center drive reducers are all case-hardened toothflanks; the rolling bearing life is more than 100 thousand hours; the slidingbearing and gear are infinite life design.

    The arrangement of the safe and reliable electric controland measuring system makes the temperature scanning; the vibration test and thecomputer control of all bearing are being realized.

    The advantages of the center drive reducers arecompactness, light weight, high capacity of transmission, long service life,smooth operation, low noise, easy operation, less maintenance easy spare partsavailable due to engineering concept of standardization and generalization.
